Will It Fit? is a 3D visualization tool that helps users plan how furniture and belongings will fit into moving containers, trucks, and storage units. The service includes:

Free tier: Basic visualization with standard container sizes
Pro tier ($4.99 one-time): Custom dimensions, additional containers, cloud saves

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information
You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payments and Refunds

Pro access is a one-time purchase of $4.99
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used Pro features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
Use automated tools to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Will It Fit? application, including its code, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any project data you create. By using cloud saves, you grant us a license to store and transmit your data solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Visualizations will perfectly match real-world results
All items will actually fit as shown (always verify with actual measurements)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
